Meet Dr. Christine Kieffer

Dr. Christine Kieffer is a clinical psychologist and psychoanalyst trained to work with adults, children and adolescents. She is board certified in Adult and Child/Adolescent psychoanalysis by the American Psychoanalytic Association, and has a third board certification in Group Psychotherapy from the American Board of Professional Psychology (ABPP). She also has training in couples and family therapy.

Dr. Kieffer is on the faculty of the Chicago Institute for Psychoanalysis, where she teaches and supervises. She also teaches and supervises at Rush University Medical Center in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences, and is associated with the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at North Shore University Health Systems.

She is the author of numerous papers, 3 edited books and serves on three editorial boards of professional journals. She frequently makes presentations at national and international conferences.
